I own a house that I allow them to handle. I found the tenants they didn't. They attach ten percent to all maintenance on house using expensive contractors I have had continuous problems with a simple request that I should be contacted to approve any maintenance scheduled. I can find someone to do it cheaper than they can however baldwin fails to contact me. They are hard to get in contact with They fall short

They sold a house we were renting to Vista, then never gave Vista the rent for September 2021 (or so Vista claimed). It took nearly a year to get anyone from Baldwin to rectify the issue. Meanwhile, Vista kept trying to take us to court. A sorry, worthless company to deal with. Both are, imo. Avoid them like the plague!

Absolute ghouls. They took over managing my apartment and have let it go to hell while raising my rent every year. Non-existent maintenance and landscaping. I have no heat or working outlets anymore and my ceiling is collapsing while my apartment slowly floods and they have done nothing. Awful awful people. Do not trust them to manage your property well and DO NOT RENT! Slumlords of the lowest order

Very poor service and maintenance service. Nobody answer the phone when. I call or email me back since I've been calling the property management to fix the leak and it never been fix since I been calling and already having issues with mold in the house I live plus I have a 17month old son.. .plus our dog been getting out under the fence in back yard. So now I can't even put her out in backyard anymore while I'm not home.. not a very good company because I have been having the issues since me and my girlfriend moved I'm the property.
