Erin Nelson is an awesome realtor! We used her for purchasing a home and then a few years later for selling that home and she was great both times! She was very thorough in explaining the many different steps as a seller and a buyer and we were never left in the dark at any point in the process. She was very responsive and patient with any questions and concerns we had. She also set reasonable expectations from the beginning of what to expect from her, the selling and purchasing of our homes. Its clear she loves what she does and I highly recommend her anytime anyone asks for a great realtor!

I contacted a realtor who was selling a house locally so I could take a look and view the property. That realtor was busy and another one from the same office came to help and her name was Erin. After looking at the property and deciding it just was not my cup of tea, Erin took the time to ask the real questions of what I actually want and need. At this time I didnt have a realtor, I was just wanting to look at properties an would call the number on the sign. With Erin being so kind and thoughtful, I decided she was who I wanted to represent me. She sold my house with 13 in person views and 5 offers in only 3 days. Then she helped me close the deal and land my dream house within a couple weeks. She is such a sweet person and a great worker who actually cares about you. Thanks for everything you did for me, youre the best!
