Jill Sear is a wonderful real estate agent. She helped us find a home close to our daughter and also close to our grand-daughter. It is a great home and we were very pleased with all of the help that Jill gave us during a long process. We moved from Tennessee to be near our family and had to sell our home in Tennessee after we made an offer on a home in Winston Salem. This process took several months and Jill was a real pleasure to work with. She even found our that there had been a hail storm that damaged roofs in the development that we moved to and was able to get the builder to get their insurance to replace the roof. We would have known nothing about this as we were still in Tennessee when this happened.
