Highly recommend KB Realty when looking to sell your home. Kim Kennedy and Brian Sprinkle are the best. They came to our home with all the information we needed and explained the whole process to go to market. They were always available by phone to answer any questions we had. We had 4 offers the 1st day of showing.

Kim was very easy going and great at making me feel comfortable with such a big expense. Kim was a fantastic listener. I told he what I wanted and she did exactly that. Buying a house is a very stressful thing and Kim made is as sooth as could be. She cares deeply for her clients. She made me feel like more than just a client she made me feel like family. She always made herself available. when ever I would call or text or email with a question or concern, she would reply right away. I highly recommend Kim Kennedy.
