        If you leave it how you found it They will say you left the place a mess and have no evidence to back up what they are saying. Dont rent from Paul or Brad They will force you to move if they all of sudden want to raise the rent. Go somewhere else where you are valued as a tenant if you are going to rent. I honestly believe black people do not fit their demographics. They dont really want to rent to black people, but they will tolerate you for awhile until they are ready to get rid of you.
