Don't waste your money. Supplements are expensive yet worthless. Can't get any response to basic follow-up questions once you pay the initial large sum amount, including from the so called nurse practitioner. It ought to be forcefully closed by regulators.

Horrible front desk customer service. I made an appt. that was cancelled bc there was not a time slot (after I had called and setup the appt, via telephone with a staffmember) I did not know it was cancelled until I walked in. I was told "don't you get your voicemails" by older man at the desk probably the clinic owner. I missed the voicemail as I have a job that I am unable to have a cellphone. I received no emails of the cancelation. My husband's appt. was also cancelled in the same manner. He was told it was bc he did not have insurance info. yet and the clinic was not sure he would pay. We were setup to try weightloss together. The front staff was very rude even aggressive at times accusatory of clients not paying and canceling apps. before patients have an opportunity to start. Not at all patient based, cares only about the money. We will NOT come back Ever!!
