LOFT

Ive always been very brand loyal, most of my closet is Loft. Ive recently relocated to the Winston area so this is now my home store. Ive been disappointed by the customer service during each visit. Theres a pretense. Is it related to body diversity? Do they have a perception of their brand thats unique to every store Ive ever visited? Dunno. But helpful or kind they are not.

I am mainly an online shopper, but this Loft store has changed my mind and I will definitely come back for in store shopping! I was asked at least 3 times if I needed help, at least 4 or 5 times if I wanted to put something in a fitting room in short, so much amazing customer service is to be had at this store. The sales associates are truly amazing - they were all very busy too because they were moving clothes from the main area to a sales area, but had time to make sure that I was being helped. Definitely recommend this store not only for their amazing clothes, but for the great help they were to me- even when I was in the fitting room I was checked up on to see if I needed a different size. Great job Loft!
