Very good customer service!! Would recommend this place every time. My phone needed repairs on what I thought was just the battery and screen but he found/fixed another issue i wasn't aware of for free which was super amazing. Even stayed past closing time so I could have it the next day!!

Ive previously had work done here so in August 2023 when I needed the charging port on an iPad repaired, I didnt hesitate to go back. I was quoted $30-140 and assured it shouldnt take more than a day or two. In October I called and got the standard, sorry, were so busy but youre up next. In December I called around and found another local shop that does the same type of work and went in to retrieve the iPad. While they struggled to find my item, a woman told me all about how they were the only people in town doing this type of work. Eventually I was shown a dismantled iPad and told it would be ready in the next day or two and promised a phone call. I waited until after the holiday and called again. A different person than the one I had been working with answered and when he couldnt find my item right away (yes, on all occasions I had my claim ticket) asked for my contact information and promised to call me back within ten minutes. He did call back as promised to tell me he had found the iPad but there was a note on it that he didnt understand, and he needed to speak to the tech. Then the original person called to tell me the iPad had been ready for ages, that they had called and I must have just forgotten that we spoke. I chose not to mention having been there the previous week, dropped everything and drove over. Had it ended there I would have just called it a lesson learned and walked away. But it didnt. The original person (I believe the proprietor) came out and went on and on about how long it had been sitting there waiting for me and I must not check my messages very well. I said, you dont remember me being here last week and you showing me a dismantled iPad? That put him on the defensive at which point he started yelling at me for being anxious. I assured him I was not anxious but angry. The conversation went down from there. In the end he charged me $140 but of course their credit card machine was down forcing me to use their handy dandy ATM machine with the $3.50 service charge. AND the charging port worked for just over a week.

Reed And Sons were the only repair shop that would work on the familys projector out of 5 other shops that didnt want to touch it. Not only did they fix and clean the projector in under a day, they were very informative on the upkeep and maintenance of device and recommended online services to help with any issues in the future Thank you Reed And Sons
