McDonald's

I've had better experiences at this McDonald's. As I gave my order in the drive-through, I felt that the person taking my order was in a hurry. He never gave me my total, and the screen disappeared before I could verify what I ordered. I'm a little OCD with this, as I don't want to find out I missed something. When I got to the pay window, I was given my total and nothing else. I'm assuming this person does not like their job. I was handed my credit card and receipt, and before I could say 'Thank you' to him, the window slammed shut. The person at the next window, though, was very friendly. Unfortunately, it's the 1st person's attitude that is affecting the 'service' score. All I got this time were some ice cream treats for the family. All of the ice cream was very good. I doubt I'll return to this location any time soon.

It was a good experience, they have a play ground that opens from 9 am to 9 pm and the food was good!

The McDonald's app needs work. I used one of the deals and in a separate transaction I used one of my free deals. It deducted my points but never showed up on my receipt

The facility seemed clean and bright, but the new remodeling, in all the McDonalds, is so sterile, rather than the homier atmosphere before. The food was the usual fare. The host family chose the play area to dine in for the youngsters sake. The noise volume was extreme, VERY echoing and ear piercing, with so many children screaming and yelling. There was absolutely NO sound absorbing materials, of any fashion, used anywhere in the architecture. A hanging ceiling, of sound board,( the usual materials), covering all the beams, pipes, and steel ceiling, and carpeted wall or two, would do wonders to soften the warehouse like atmosphere!!!! How did you get my contact, I did not order anything to use my card. Are you into spy technology noe?!?!
