I was too impatient and ordered from a non-local business to have some flowers delivered to a loved one who just hurt themselves- this was 3 days ago- being charged twice by this online big name florist hub and no flowers, I instantly regretted not just waiting until the morning and calling Roberts Floral like I usually do when I order for people in Bismarck. To say the least- I will always order straight from Roberts going forward- it’s 2pm there right now and they said they can get them delivered today. Since it was two days ago that I wanted to get something to this person- I was happy to hear that! Thank you so much- I hope the flowers make her happy today.

The person answering the phone was a very helpful and polite person! They checked to see that I would be able to get the exact arrangement I wanted before I ordered. I don't live in the Bismark area but if I did I would definitely make this my flower shop of choice!
