        Today we tried to eat lunch at the South Bismarck Buffalo Wild Wings and we were completely ignored for 15 minutes. No greeting, hey we will be with you soon, nothing. Attempted many times to eat at this restaurant over the last couple of years because our friends like it. Wings will come out cold, food arrives at different times for the same table even when weve all ordered together, and bar staff is unpleasant. Chairs are clearly needing to be replaced, restaurant and bathrooms have an overall worn and dirty feeling. 0/5 stars, find a different place to go.

        I asked to cancel a pick-up order last night and was told its fine and that Id get a refund. When I called because I hadnt seen anything about a refund today they were very rude and said they would not be going ahead with the refund. Terrible customer service
