Lane Erhardt is the man! I had searched around for different lenders and when I was recommended guaranteed rate I was linked up with Lane. Lane went above and beyond from the start of house shopping all the way through closing. He was always on top of each step in the buying process, making sure I had any questions or concerns addressed along the way. Lane was instrumental in our first time home buying process! My husband and I had heard Lane was easy to work with, so we went to him first before any other home buying steps were taken, and that was the best decision!
