Andy came after 5pm two nights in a row. The first night to install a part the warranty company told us to replace which he kind of thought it wouldnt be the fix but it was extremely icy outside and day before our second major winter storm. Hot water went out again. This time warranty sent out parts that needed replaced and Andy came at 6pm the next day during a winter storm just so we would have hot water. I informed him it wasnt the end of the world if we didnt but he insisted it was not at all an issue. People were already getting stuck by this point in the storm and he still made sure to come. The customer service here is amazing! We will be using your services again for sure in the future!! Service: Water heater repair

I can't make enough GREAT comments about Timber Ridge. They were there in a very timely fashion, fixed the problem within a very short time, and were very friendly while doing their job.My son had water issues in his basement that Arrow Cleaning and Restoration misdiagnosed.  Once we found the problem ourselves (leaking pipe which Arrow vehemently stated it wasn't), my son called Timber Ridge.
