they decided it was a good idea to drive onto my mothers lawn when delivering the spiffy buff. when called, the manager stated that he was not responsible for the *inches* deep ruts left in the visibly very well cared for yard. they were able to remove the spiffy biff without driving into the yard, so why was it necessary to drive onto it when delivered?
