        My packages get stuck here for days sometimes even over a week. My packages never arrive on time. No issues tracking my packages through other distribution centers but for whatever reason they always end up late because they stay here for an unreasonable amount of time.

        The phone is an 800 number and WILL NOT let you talk to a human being. Seven and a half minutes of endless cycling through the options available electronically and never actually putting me on hold to talk to an agent.....
