1:12PM NOT ONE MEMBER OF THE JACKSON HEWITT TEAM AS TRIED TO FIND A SOLITION, AS TO WHY MY RETURN IS BEING DONE.
I have been with this company for 5+ years, Never have I hated it so much last year and this year! I keep trying to put faith where none should be. No follows up as the should which is the absolute wrost. I have been told my taxes where completed and they still have not been. I waited hours after and was told again a follow up call would be place and not one was completed! The thing is you telling me you did or is doing one thing and both things never gets done. They constantly over book appointments. No speaks to you when you in their presents. I spent 30 minutes listening to THE SAME gentleman that started my dislike of the company assisting another lady on 6he phone about her return and mine still isn't completed. Tomorrow I will call and I'm sure receive many voice-mails and I'm gonna follow-up and ca you back! This is my second time this year allowing this stupidity. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING AGAIN! I WILL HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANYONE THINKING OF GOING TO GO ANOTHER DIRECTION!!! THIS IS NOT THE PLACE YOU WANT HANDLING YOU MONEY!
