They allowed me to pick up my package there and loaded it in my truck.

The shipment of the package was fine. Where everything went south was the forklift operator. I have a landscaping trailer, it has a mesh gate and a 3500# axle being towed by a midsize SUV. Operator asked here I want the pallet, I say as close to the axle as possible. I figured it went without saying, but low and behold the guy tries to drive up the ramp, lifts the rear of the SUV off the ground and then blows through my mesh gate. I naturally assumed if you're working for a freight company as a forklift operator you're very aware your 9000#+ forklift can't go on this trailer, the gate, nor the vehicle it's attached to. Thought he'd set it at the end, and push it forward as much as he could. Nope!

Load arrived on a Friday, took them another week to unload it and deliver it 5/minutes away. They don't have enough staff here. Use another carrier out of Bismarck, ND if you can.

not enough drivers in Bismarck ND areas. damage products, lose product, late delivery, seems to be a lot of disorganization with this branch, would not recommend them at this point.

I had to assist them in taking the package off of their truck. I noticed the package and its contents were badly damaged under the plastic wrap after we lowered it off the truck. The driver refused to comment on the damage and walked off without even addressing the issue. This was my first time dealing with such a shipping company. My advice is: DO NOT accept the package from them if the contents are damaged. CLIMB up into the truck if you must to inspect the package FIRST. If the driver walks off like this one did, take a video or something. Be proactive and record your encounter with them start to finish. They did not pay for the damage and I ended up taking a loss on a damaged item. They are a dishonest company who refuses to pay for damages they cause during shipping.
