Night and day positive improvement. This dining room was immaculate and well stocked. The staff were polite and my order was lightning fast. Thank you and good job.

Place my order through drive through and when I go to pay they tell me the bill is too large and won't take it. That's all the money I had and all the lady said was sorry and closed the window it's ridiculous that a popular fast food joint here refuses my money and they are only open 6 hours a day maybe

the new staff has been absolutely amazing and accommodating. the lobby is perfectly clean and i recieved help right away. food was fresh and hot and the staff was very friendly. 10/10 satisfied ever since theyve reopened the lobby and changed staff

Where do I start. Came in today on my 30 minute lunch break and ordered at the kiosk, and I was paying with cash so I went to the counter to pay and no one even batted a eye so I sat down to wait. After about 10 minutes I asked a very polite gentleman who I do not know his name but he was of Mexican decent and he advised me to do again. I went to the counter a second time and he asked if someone could ring me up and a bigger woman was very rude to him and her exact words were NO, does it look like we have someone to go to the cash register, thats why we have kiosks Im pretty sure in customer service thats not something you do or say in front of the customer or to treat your employee like that. Absolutely disgusting customer service. We pay your salary and without us you would not have a job, I feel horrible for the treatment of the other employees also. Your in the wrong line of work (big woman employee) hang in there guys and know your worth and find somewhere else to work so yall can get treated how you should.
