They were very unprofessional and rude on the phone from the manager . He stated he didn't care about addressing what he was assigned to do from the American Homeshield Warranty Company ...and refused to return my calls for several weeks. I do not recommend using them at all. They do not take care of there customers at all what so ever. *Owners Comments * The owner himself did nothing what so ever to address this ...other than state that he didn't care about what they were supposed to be doing and how it was supposed to be handled with the American Home Shield Warranty Company. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY ...AS THE OWNER IS FAR FROM BEING PROFESSIONAL AND ADDRESSING THE ISSUES OF THE CUSTOMER .

A no show and when I called they said there not going to show at all. It would of been nice for them to tell me that in the first place, so I wouldn't been freezing in my home for 2 more days.

Fast turn around during a busy season, was able to completely replace my furnace and AC quickly. The installer was friendly and went out of their way to cleanup the remnants of the previous install. Also didn't mind me pestering them with questions about the process.
