Bug infested buildings. Management doesnt care. They bring pest control in every once in a while when a tenant consistently complains. They lie and cheat the system!!! DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!!!!

Terrible service. Inconsistent answers. Nothing is followed up with unless you repeatedly ask them. Sometimes its still not taken care of. They keep increasing the rent for increased maintenance costs but havent fixed any visible damage in the building, and rarely complete a repair job if they do come. Better off doing it yourself or not living here.

Zero customer service. It's only one way..theirs. Tenants need to question and seek legal advise if need be. They violate ESA federal Statute. They allow their painters and cleaners and plumbers to use the handicap parking without parking passes. This would be a ADA violation but Campbell Properties feels its OK to violate the residents. Janna in the main office is one of the most unknowkedable rudest people you will deal with. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY

Me and girlfriend have lived in a campbell for just under two years. Our time at Campbell was going great until we began the moving out process. During move out they say they will give you a 24hr notice of any incoming tours of our unit, but sometimes they don't give any notice and come to unit with a potential new tenant giving us no time to get unit in showing condition. We had friends in a different unit who experienced the same thing with Campbell. It hurts to give Campbell properties such a low rating due to the fact that we did enjoy living at the property, but this leaving process has been the worst experience I have ever had with any property company.
