        We had the worse customer service experience on March 26 , 2024 at the West Acres Mall Fargo, ND, USA. We were visiting from Canada. I gave it 1 star for the rude Asian lady server/ food attendant/cashier, her attitude was disgusting! Even our 13, 12 and 10 years old kids could not stopped talking about her nasty Attitude toward us. We the Adults had to tell her that her customer service was nasty. We ordered food for our kids because, they wanted to eat Asian food. My sister and I had to go somewhere else to order our food because of her behaviour.

        Customer service was very poor. The lady was quite rude. Then went to sit down and eat and find a whole bug on my plate. Absolutely disgusting. Went to get a refund and the employees acted like it wasnt a big deal, brushed it off and everything is served as usual. No thanks.
