I am blown away at this location. Very nice, out going, understanding. I couldnt be more pleased with their service and how amazing they make the food. Thank you so much to all the staff for all your hard work and dedication to the 52nd location. Very much appreciated about all your hard work. There is/was an amazing older lady I had brought flowers in for because her hard work keeping the area clean and asking individuals if they needed anything was just amazing. I have tipped some of the employees who bring out the food watching how hard they work they definitely deserved it.

I'm not even sure if they are human or robots but if you like waiting feel free to eat at McDonald's and don't attempt conversating with the humanoids it takes many moments for them to even realize that you are present. Costs have gone through the roof and customer service is out the window. I don't eat here regularly. And this experience was just a reminder why.

I honestly barely believe the subpar reviews for this location. I usually come on Sunday nights if I'm here though and the people working that shift are fantastic! Honestly really enjoy this location for the customer service, friendliness of staff and cleanliness. I always see the managers helping everyone, very on top of making sure everyone gets their breaks and cleanliness of the staff and other areas.
