      image Never had a bad experience with them and used them several times. We had a zero interest that expired in October and on the day our balance was due our son died in a car accident. Finally got around to calling them to ask if we could just pay the balance that was due and not have the interest accrued due to the situation. They explained that we had to call the same month as the expiration of the zero interest to made that work. Heartless organization. Dont even allow time to grieve, just want their money.
