**Edit** They were able to get me in for a fill 1.5 hrs prior to close so I was thankful for that. However when it came time to pay, she told me it was $50. I did not tip due to dissatisfaction with my nails so I did not feel a tip was warranted. After the payment came through for them via venmo, she stated, "ohh I said $60" I informed her that I was confused why the price suddenly changed and she said she originally said $60 because I did a fill and "other things" I got a pink French tip.....Way to try to squeeze out a tip that was not justified. Never going back to them again. In response to the proprietors reply... My nails were already at medium length. The tech even asked if I wanted to keep them the same length and shape. I replied to that question with a 'yes'. There was no confusion and this is stated due to her stating '$50' to which I replied with '$50? okay' and made payment. It was not until after I sent the payment was the amount adjusted. Way to not accept responsibility or even attempt to rectify the situation but rather blame the consumer, great business practice's!!!! I implore you to respect the freedom of speech that is given to citizens of this country rather than insult or challenge my ability to eloquently carry myself.
