        Every year for the last 10 years has been great except this year. From the moment I walked in there in November things went bad. Ive gotten the early money around Christmas for 10 years then this year all the sudden I dont. Ok cool. Then I go to file my return and normally get money right away. This year I got half of what Ive normally gotten. Then there was a system error on there computer and it would not let my return go thru. It finally went through after multiple attempts. Now Im seeing something is wrong with my taxes. For the 500.00 Im charged to file my taxes this is crazy to have this many problems. Next year Ill be going elsewhere after over 10 years. Never again
