We have worked with Brent Drovdal since 2015. We were referred to him by someone at the bank. Weve had such a great experience working with him for personal and business affairs. Im always happy to refer friends to him! He has been so easy to communicate with, is efficient in answering questions, and handles our finances with ease. Im surprised by some of the negative reviews, but I notice that any who have Brents name attached to them are very positive! Weve never had any of the troubles that have been mentioned.

Really getting fed up with this place, I have been using this place since 2017 and switched over to this branch since the last tax man in the Moorehead location was very unfriendly everytime I went to see him and ask questions. I moved my taxes over to this place in 2019 and had a good experience at first. Then in 2020 I got a letter from irs saying I owed $1000 in late fees. I called the taxman asking what that was about with no help and refusal to help from them at all. I had to get H&R block to figure out what happened and they did very fast for me. I have been calling and waiting for 2 months from the tax man for some explanation of what happened and no body gets back to me. I paid them for a service they did not provide and even after going there in person demanding answers nobody is willing to compensate me for what I paid them to do and did myself. Overall they did not take out my payment to the irs back in 2019 and expect me to pay that with late fees. It seems like they know what they did wrong but tip toe around everything and purposely don't answer their phone when I call.

Super difficult to talk to get answers. Difficult to find out progress status of my return. Called emailed, called again still no answer. Not I'm pressed this year!

Myself/my family has used Brent Droval for 5+ years now. Always a smooth experience, and he is very knowledge. I would recommend Brent to anyone!
