        I am not sure why it took 13 minutes to get my food, and then it wasn't even hot. 3 people who ordered via the kiosk got their food before me. So glad I'm headed back south where people have a clue how to do their job. And no clue why my mcgriddle had cheese on it? P.s. out of orange juice, out of hot mocha...
