Our heat went out when it was 14 degrees outside. We had multiple quotes before replacing our furnace, AC, and hot water tank all at the same. Brian came out and was knowledgeable, nice, and was willing to go the extra mile to make sure we were not cold. He spent a lot of time putting a quote together based on our needs. He was honest and did not try to charge me for things I did not need. Hybrid offered us a great quote on high end equipment and they did a great job. They were on time, pleasant, professional and I trusted them with this job all the way through. This was a big investment but it was money well spent. I am happy with the outcome. If I would have went with the big guys I would have paid about 7k more for the exact same equipment. If you are in need of a new furnace or AC make sure Hybrid is the first company you call.
