Have had the pleasure of the Lodders excellent service for 24 years since my husband passed away unexpectedly. They do an excellent job and are very responsive to any request. I have had. Can-t manage without them!

We have worked with John Lodder (and his lovely wife, Ann who has the difficult task of the behind the scenes work!) for the past three years upon recommendation from several neighbors. He is a one-man operation, loves what he does, works hard and is very good at it to boot! We had an unexpected crunch time this spring and although not expecting him at all to fit us in earlier than originally planned, he suddenly appeared and completed the work. He has advised us on several occasions and saved us money. We cannot say enough about John, his work ethic and his great personality. In essence, you get what you pay for and while Johns fee is fair and reasonable, John and his work are top shelf! Rich and Nora Cline
