City Works - Orange Village

I wish I could write a book about my amazing experience - but Im sure no one would read it so Ill just write a long paragraph (or two) I planned a surprise birthday/going away party for my younger brother. CityWorks was not the initial location. I wont mention the other restaurant, however they called me three days prior to my event saying they double booked their party room. I called around frantically because we had over 25 people coming to this event. Enter CITYWORKS. They were so empathic and understanding when I explained my situation. Within minutes, they guaranteed they would accommodate us. Just that was enough for praise, but things only got better. When we arrived, the room was already set up and SPOTLESS. The floor to ceiling windows provided a beautiful backdrop for our dinner. I mentioned on the call my brother was moving for a job with an NBA team. The team at CITYWORKS made a CONGRATULATIONS sign AND purchased a small gift for my brother - BOTH with that teams logo. Remember this was with a THREE DAYS NOTICE. I was so grateful for those small touches. I met our server Bianca who had a warm smile and welcoming spirit. She was very exciting to help us and even inquired about the birthday boy to make sure she greeted and spoke to him. We ended up having more people arrive than we expected. Bianca hopped into action finding extra tables and chairs for us. Our group was very social, moving around the room speaking with one another. Bianca did AMAZING taking everyones order, getting them their food/drinks, and checking on them. I couldnt even find people at certain points in the night and they were MY guests (lol). Wait, did I mention she was serving other tables in addition to our party of 30+?! We didnt even know this until AFTER the event because she was ON IT with the service. Major kudos to her!!!! Every employee was more then happy to ensure we had anything we needed even scissors and scotch tape. The night was perfect - food, drinks, service, environment - all perfect. We werent rushed out of the room or anything. Absolutely AMAZING staff. My brother kept saying this was the best night of his life and CITYWORKS played a major part in that. From my family to yours -you have customers for life!

If you like beer, they have a top-notch selection of 90 beers on tap! Very impressive. The Nashville hot chicken wrap was surprisingly pretty spicy...but good. Buffalo chicken dip was ok, nothing special.

I went to city works to have a business meeting with my colleagues, and taste a few of the many beers the restaurant had to offer. Martina was very accommodating. She made the best suggestions to satisfy our tastes. By the way we enjoyed "Bottle Nectar" beer, that was recommended. We will visit city works again!!
