        Purchased ring. The stone fell out of first day of wearing. Associate who came to the door to let me in looked annoyed. She didnt apologize. She didnt seem to care at all. Now it will be almost 2 months before I get it back. They must have a lot of returns for her to act like it wasnt a big deal. This was an engagement ring and I now have to tell my fianc she wont get to show it it for 2 months
