2020 Honda civic sport still under manufactured warranty. I scheduled appointment, took vehicle in. I was talked into signing a contract. My understanding if by chance it was something do to neglect I would be entitled to pay $150.00. That would be the max out of pocket money to be fixed. I leave the car, they call me back within 1/2 hr and tell me it's my condenser and would cost $1,400 to fix it. I told em I didn't have the money at the moment. I go straight back to pick the car up and they charge me a $150.00. for looking at it. They are so misleading, absolutely pitiful to do your customers like this. My family has bought several vehicles here. Stay away from this place they are slick schemers. It's not what they tell you , it's how and what they don't tell you. I have never in my life been deceived and taken advantage of like this in my life. I pay my bills and don't expect something for nothing, but straight forward honesty is the only way to do buisness. I will go out of my way to get the truth out about this shady gouging buisness they run. I suggest anyone who has this experience with them to do the same. It's a shame, if you fool with them be careful, ask alot of questions do not sign anything upfront. No more Shady Nourse for me my family, friends or anyone else I can rescue from this dishonest buisness.
