I have loved my experience with The Provident! They helped me so much with leasing an apartment, and made everything so easy for me! The whole complex is beautiful and very well maintained! I definitely recommend!

UPDATE: Management was replaced. New management is much better, and Im much more likely to recommend this place to others. Thank you for your work to make this place better for residents. OLD: Management is not good. Every email from them to all tenants has a vaguely threatening tone, and now the building doesnt even have a location to take your trash. How hard is it to get a dumpster or equivalent space for people to take trash? Highly recommend looking into other buildings if you wanna live downtown.

I lived in more than 10 apartments at this point across the US. It's a great apartment.

This building was nice when I first moved in but in the years since it has changed ownership many times and has become plagued with issues.I would not recommend that anyone move here. Packages are regularly opened and stolen, the AC struggles to keep up in the summer, and worst of all you WILL NOT HAVE HOT WATER!!! These issues have been present for the better part of a year and management is either unwilling or unable to address the problems. It has gotten to the point that they do not even respond to emails when the hot water is out which is pretty much a weekly occurrence here now. Please if you value your sanity and time look anywhere else in the city and you will be in a better spot than living here. (Update) - Its now 5 months later and residents are still dealing with no hot water and no heat. Stay as far away from this place as you can. Its an absolute joke how horribly mismanaged this place is and it just continues to get worse.
