Ive been apartment hunting for a couple weeks now and I love Skytop! The amenities they showed me are amazing and location is close enough to downtown but away from all the noise. I cant wait to live here this summer!

Pictures do not tell a true story of a place unfortunately. I feel after living here since the beginning of the year, 2024, I can write an honest review.
I was not told about the mail situation until move-in. The mail situation is, that you have to drive to Mt Washington Post Office to receive your mail. Due to work schedules we usually go once a week or every other week. This is inconvenient to say the least. We were told at move-in that it was due to a key situation at USPS. USPS informed me that it was due to mailboxes in the mailroom installed to low. Regardless it's inconvenient.
Fire Alarms at the first three months of living here was a non stop unscheduled event. My dog was terrified. I work from home and to say the least it was inconvenient. It is to my understanding they are not scheduling any more fire alarms but I have heard this before.
We pay a flat-rate fee, bundle package, for security key fobs, valet garbage, amenities, etc. The gym equipment constantly has to be rebooted because there is no cooperate account logged into the equipment and it freezes or is not maintained. The garbage is not picked up several times a week at scheduled times. There is further issues in this bundle that needs revamped. Again inconvenient.
This is my honest opinion of Skytop. The apartments are overpriced, small and lack management. This would be a wonderful complex but there is just to many issues for a new complex.

I have been living at Skytop since February and have had many in numerous times working with Josh and his partner. Im not for sure what his name is but he is a great and courteous young man. I dont know what I could say about Josh and his person but that I am so thankful that I Maintenance people that I trust to come into my home and take care of my problems Times when I just call and they are right there to help me I cannot Maintenance guys Josh. Hats off to the maintenance guys that work at Skytop you would not be dissatisfied

The apartment complex in individual units are beautifully decorated. There are incredible amenities with high-tech features in all areas. The location for the complex is somewhat secluded making it quiet in this area. The expense of rent and the distance to other restaurants and shopping areas are the only real downsides of this apartment complex. There are so many upsides that it's definitely worth a look and consideration if you're looking for an apartment.
