After exhaustive email to the shop of the complete build of my 1999 Supercharged Shelby Cobra and what problem I'm having with. They implied that it shouldn't be a problem. But we're backed up and my appointment was a 2 month wait. No problem, after looking at their web site and reading the reviews I was very excited to turn the car of my Cobra over to them as I simply don't have the time to devote to fixing it myself. After it's been there 4 days, they call me and tell me they spent only one hour on it and their software won't communicate with my PCM. Which I was aware of because I told them that my Diag. tool was not communicating to before I dropped it off. So, 2 months wait. Tow bill over there $230 / Tow bill back to my house $230 and charged $145 Diag. to be told exactly what I already told them. This was a huge disappointment, as I'm $605.00 in and in the exact same place I started. I'm confident that they could have fixed it. However, I do feel as they did not want to spend the time on it as it was built by another shop. (No longer open the old man retired) or it would have gone back there. Conclusion, I will fix the car myself (Guarantied) and I would not even consider for any reason bringing my Cobra back here. This was a waste 2 months' time and $605 dollars.
