Terrible service, their single banker won't make the time of day for walk-ins cause he's trying to sling more loans to make that fat commission via phone calls.

Unable to manage their customers competently. Their ATM machines are just as effective as the staff. A liquor store would be more useful here.

Anyone on the desk or phones ever? Actually saw the bankers watch my phone calls go to voicemails. Lazy, slow, and typical of this bank

My husband brought in a refund check from our mortgage company and was turned away even with the check being drawn with Chase bank! Its ridiculous and feels very discriminatory when you're doing proper business as a black man and you're handled like a lesser than customer. The check met all criteria listed online yet was met with a definite No. We'll never bank here and would never suggest it.
