My husband and I stopped by your aicholtz re location tonight to pick up a ten pack of coneys for dinner. We ordered via drive thru then sat in line for more than twenty minutes waiting on the single car in front of us. When we called the restaurant to ask what was taking so long we were told there were technical difficulties and then hung up on. When we finally reached the window we asked if we could get some kind of accommodation or discount. The worker at the window didnt even acknowledge the question. I understand things happen but the we should have been told at the point of order that there may be a long wait time. Instead we weee let in the dark to wait. This is terrible customer service and I would appreciate it if someone could contact me about a refund, as I feel that is the fair thing give. Your employees total inability to handle the issues they were having in a professional or even competent manner. Thank you
