Everytime I come here the order is always wrong. Even if I order online, its as if they dont even read it. The drive thru staff is (sometimes) nice but thats about it. Youre better off going to the Taco Bell on Tylersville instead.

I wish I could leave a zero they were really rude and the works were rude they were not going to make our food again we paid over 80 dollars none of them could understand me they were looking at me dumb and some of the were talking bad about me and my sister we heard and saw them it crazy that the meanger didn't say anything and she was very rude to I will never go there again they are horrible

My wife and I like Taco Bells food, but the service at this location is awful!! Saturday evening, 9/2/23, I placed a mobile order at 7:30pm, but was forced to pick it up at the drive-thru because the store dining room was closed. There were only two cars in front of us at the drive-through, but it took forever to get to the speaker to tell them I was there. Once I finally got to the window to pick up our food, I was told to pull forward just like the two cars in front of me, and we then had to wait forever again to get our food. We were here for about 1/2 hour!! When we got home, I found that the Mexican Pizza that we ordered with sour cream (an extra cost item) had no sour cream. This is the second time this type of awful service has happened at this location. If they cant hire enough staff to run the restaurant, then they should just shut it down - permanently!! Taco Bell service is consistently so bad at this location that I have now closed my Taco Bell account, gave up my rewards points, and deleted the app.
