I totally understand that a traine is learning and makes mistakes but what ever happened to calmon sence. how does 4 burgers cost $21. tried to explain how he was wrong and he just didn't get it. Had to get the manager to explain..

I want to give 5 stars here because they're usually pretty good at giving me an accurate and fresh order when I come in to order carryout... but for the last couple weeks now, I've gotten off of work and tried to go only to be met with "Lobby closed due to short staff" which negates my ability to go at all (nondriver, can't use drive thru). They need to either fix that or at _least_ post on their app or here if they're open for carry out or not...

Employees where viral each other out for over 5 minutes. One was a manager trainee with long hair, the other was a young kid. Finally a pregnant woman stepped in to try and stop it. I ordered a coffee with my meal, I ate and still I didn't get it until I was leaving and still had to wait. BAD

Want to give a thank shout out to the crew working closing shift on 3/24/22. I came through with ten minutes til closing. Everything i ordered had changes made to it. Each item was fresh, hot and accurate. This almost never happens at a fast food restaurant. Especially not at closing time. Thanks for doing a fantastic job. We appreciate you
