Burger King

The red head GM boss is the most disrespectful woman I've ever witnessed at a restaurant. Mean, hateful and treats her employees like complete trash. Cussing them out (in front of customers) calling them names, saying she don't care if they all go.. like i couldn't believe this woman. To the point I saw a male employee at speedway the next day wearing a burger king shirt and I mentioned this experience I had the day prior and he said yeah she is like that all the time and many employees have walked out and quit because of it. So sad. Appearantly this woman has been there for over 20 years? How? Who would not only employ someone like this but make them the general manager? I'm shocked won't be going back I promise.

Order food online for delivery have been waiting almost 2 hours for it and have been trying to call them about it and will not pick up the phone. Do not order anything online from here. You most likely will not be getting your food and if you do youll most likely be missing something.

I feel like an inconvenience to this business any time I order something from them and go in to pick it up. I understand your focus is on the people that are in the Drive-Thru. If you are unable to handle walk-in business then put up a sign saying so and lock the doors. Also as a customer we do not know who is "on break". When we see someone at a cash register with a bk uniform on we assume they are an employee of BK. Also if you have long hair and a long beard, there is a such a thing as hairnets and beard covers so your hair doesn't end up in the food.

Seven times! That's how many times IN A ROW they have given me the wrong order. I am lactose intolerant and cannot eat cheese. It does not matter how many ways I have tried to say this to them when I order and yet every single time I get cheese and have to go inside and get them to remake my order. I've never had this issue anywhere else, just here. I am officially done. I don't think I'm asking too much. I will never come back again.
