    The hotel is located in a central location & is in walking distance from a lot of tourist attractions. There are good restaurants across the street & down the block. I enjoyed my stay here....it was very comfortable & quiet. If I go back to Cincinnati, then I would definitely stay at this hotel.....it's worth the money!!

    Everything was great about this hotel. Great service and beautiful rooms. They were extremely accommodating. I will absolutely be back next time in Cincinnati. Thank you for such an amazing experience. No complaints whatsoever.

    I would like to give 0 stars for this hotel and their staff. I had a reservation for the 9th for one night that I made over a month and half ago and even called the day before to confirm my reservation before we drove to another state and they told me my reservation was confirmed and everything was OK. When I arrived yesterday with my daughter they told me they refunded my payment and they over booked so they took the people who paid more. I had an hour before our event started and the refund takes 5 to 10 business days. I got a room across the bridge and they were amazing and said I was 7th person that had the same thing happen that day. Your staff was extremely rude and didn't help or even try all they kept telling me was I shouldn't have booked through another website. I would not recommend this hotel.

    On Thursday March 21st I arrived at this particular hotel in hopes to b celebrating my birthday in Cincinnationly to not b greeted at all.Jonathan is the Guest Service Specialist that took care of me. I presented my form that my Sister who works for the Marriott had given me with my name on it as well as hers.Jonathan proceeds to tell me he doesnt c my name on the reservationin which it had to b on there because of the sheet I handed him he was very rude he the tells me he has to speak to her.huh!? Ok. I call her..she speaks to him.. fast forward. He finds my name. Hummmmm. She begins to tell me how rude he was to her.fast forward to Friday the 22nd..BedBugs.Yes! BedBugs. So because it wasnt a dark color.and no signs of bed bugs tgey just changed the sheets! Mind u. It was a baby bedbug.while she was saying she had to take classes on them.Im in healthcare.. I know what a baby bedbug looks likeFast forward. There was trash under one of the chairs that next to one of the beds. Call for management a manager named Taylor came to our roomtold us . Yes I can tell this room hasnt been cleaned at all tell me shell compensate one day rate. Ok.she had brought me a card with the GMs information then went back to the office and brought me the number to Corporate and told me I needed to complain..I went to the front fest later and asked to speak to Taylor again and a Guest Service Specialist named Maria was there I told her what Taylor told me in the room about the compensation and she got very rude saying that not what she said. In turn I moved over to speak another employee who Maria told me was the supervisor because Taylor had left for the day Marie decided to come from around the counter standin to the side between myself and the supervisor yelling tapping the the supervisor on her arm sayin were not giving her anything!!! Very rude! Forward to Sunday! Taylor was at work as well as Marie. Marie runs to the back talking to Taylor. Taylor comes out very nervous of course. I asked her. Didnt u tell me u would compensate me for 1 day she says. Yes! But process to tell me that her GM told her not to give me anything!!!! Whaaaat!!! Stating that I was a problem!!!! Really!!!! But u Gave me compensation on my 3 days valet parking. Stating she gonna get in trouble for that! And that I shouldnt have been staying becau name wasnt on the sheet I have Jonathan. Maam he found my name. And if my name wasnt on there y did u let me stay! Ummmmm..she was literally nervous she wa shaking..Im not an argumentative person Im very polite.. I never expected this to happen. I wasnt gonna not say anything about bedbugs or the room not being cleaned.Taylor did say if they saw a customer more then once about a complaint then theyre a problem.. we as customers r the reason u all have a job!!!! On another note! The valet guy Connell! He was AMAZING!!! I definitely tipped him well! Corporate was contacted about these issues.Still no phone call or email from this hotel.. Nearby activities: None

I enjoyed my stay here....it was very comfortable & quiet. If I go back to Cincinnati, then I would definitely stay at this hotel.....it's worth the money!!
