Holiday Inn Express & Suites Cincinnati NE - Redbank Road, an IHG Hotel

I've been coming to this hotel for the past few weeks when I'm in town breakfast is always on point up until to day the last staff they had were on point everything was fully cooked the lasys were respectful I mean come on when did guys start to be in the kitchen get them Lady back. Food & drinks: I'll order out for breakfast the last staff was great

Rooms: The room was very nice. Everything worked as it should. Nice walk in shower.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I RECENTLY RESERVED A ROOM FOR THIS PAST WEEKEND AND BECAUSE THEY OVER BOOKED THEY DID NOT HAVE THE ROOM I RESERVED AND PAID FOR SMH. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE. I BOOKED DIRECTLY THROUGH THEIR SITE..WHEN THE MANGER CARRIE MURRAY WAS CALLED SHE REFUSE TO SPEAK TO ME BECAUSE SHE SAID IT WASNT HER WORKING HOURS AND STATED I EITHER EXCEPT THE ONE KING BED FOR MY FAMILY OF 5 OR I COULD LEAVE !!!!! I ALSO WAS TOLD THE GENERAL MANAGER WHO HELPED ME WITH MY BOOKING DIDNT WORK THERE ANYMORE. I LEFTBA MESSAGE AND NOONE HAS GOTTEN BACK TO ME. MY FAMILY AND I TRAVELED OVER 5 HRS TO NOT HAVEA ROOM AND BE TOLD TO LEAVE..WE MISSED OUR ACTIVITIES FOR FRIDAY NIGHT DEALING WITH THIS ..WE HAD TO BOOK ANOTHER ROOM AT 12AM AT WITH 3 CHILDREN...I REPEAT DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Rooms: Don't RESERVE THEY CONSTANTLY OVER BOOK I WAS TOLD BY FRONT DESK! Noteworthy details: DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

Just stayed for 1 night, clean rooms I must say. I'd definitely stay again A+++ ... Rooms: Nice, clean, and quiet ...
