I have traveled more in the past 2+ years with my fianc than I ever have in my life, which obviously means that we stay in LOTS of different hotels. With that being said, never in my life have I EVER had the type of outstanding service I had this past weekend at this hotel! Every single person that we encountered from the cleaning staff to the front desk (who more often than not were also playing waiter/waitress AND bartender!) to everyone in between went not only my above & beyond their job duties but that extra mile to make everything so amazing!! I also have to personally shout out these wonderful and lovely human beings that work there for being just so beyond amazing! And they are Praise, Jayla & Alexis; not only were they genuine in their kindness but showed that they truly cared for every single person they came in contact with. So, if you ever find yourself in Sharonville, OH, do yourself a favor and stay at this hotel with the most lovely staff Ive ever met! You wont be sorry!
