        I stay there weekly. I called to make a reservation. Nikiya answered and was nice the first time and transferred me to reservations. I called back, because reservations always messes up my reservation. She immediately transferred me to reservations. I called a third time, she let me speak and said I will transfer to reservation. Customer Service is a joke. Called a 4th time. Lisa "the manager" said they had rooms, then all of the sudden "it wouldn't let her book". I worked in hotels for 10 years and you can over book the hotel. I was management. Very disappointed in this property. We spend a lot of money at this hotel. Wish people actually wanted to be nice and "help" customers these days.
