Quality Inn & Suites

Rooms were nasty. Do to our first room having issues we got moved to the suite but I would NEVER pay for that suite! I wouldn't even pay $30! This place is a joke. I slept here cuz need a place to be with family in the hospital but this is ridiculous! Going somewhere else for sure! And the walls r soooo thin so u will get woken up but outdoor noise people vacuuming, or cops showing up to arrest people!

While I was there I was greatly harassed by the front desk staff and people the next day I woke up and I was really sick but I was going to stay another day and they told me I had to pack up all my things and go stand outside or sit in my car from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. because check out time is at 11:00 and check in is at 3:00 p.m. and it doesn't matter if you stay there the night before or not. I'm a very I'm kind of a wealthy person professional looking clean cut very fit tight coming out of a brand new car and they treated me extremely bad they have numerous smoking rooms here so it's perfect for going there to use drugs and things like crack cocaine which radiates the hallways as you're walking past the smoking and drug rooms to get to your own room with my experience. At one point about 3:30 in the morning somebody was banging on my door asking me to sell some pieces of something worth 20 bucks to them now I know you got it I know you got it sell it to me please come on and but obviously they had the wrong room. It's been my experience that they cater to the drug users and the drug dealers there more than anybody else I would imagine because they didn't cater to me whatsoever and wanted me to leave from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. if I decided I wanted to stay another day with them or pay an extra $30 check in fee . The TVs they have there are really messed up and you have to almost be super smart to be able to turn them on and off because they have so many different options on there that most of them don't work and the only one that works is the TV antenna section that you have to remember exactly how to do that in order to even turn the TV on. I couldn't get hot water from the shower and after leaving the run for over 20 minutes. But the worst smell in the world is smelling burnt crack cocaine and as you walk through the hallways of their smoking rooms which they put by your room even though you're non-smoker to where you have to smell all that stuff and have to deal with the people in the room and they're loudness and unusual behavior to say the least. All I can say is run like hell don't stay here and expect no help from the staff most of them they don't even speak very good English to where you can't understand what you're saying most of the time anyways along with the phone not working in the room so you have to use your own cell phone to dial the front desk if you need any help from the people banging on your door to buy something from you at 3:00 in the morning. I can only post the advance from which happens to me I don't know what's going to happen to you but everything I've said in this post is definitely things that have happened to me or I witnessed with my own eyes people selling things to other people and definitely smell drugs and definitely the front desk staff offering no help and definitely seeming like they are sticking up for or even being the lawyer of the people that are already in the hotel like they're taking a cut of whatever they got goin Once again I'm a wealthy clean person and they demanded I leave and stand outside from 11:00 a.m. till 3:00 p.m. even though I'm a platinum member which gives me a free check-in early free late check out free room upgrades and other promotional things that they didn't care about or wish to honor once again I bring my own blankets and pillows and everything a thing to where I don't use any other services or dirt because for some reason I guess I don't know I didn't smoke drugs or something I don't know I seems Dto me like they only catered to people that are breaking the law it seemed to me I have no proof of that but the fact that I witnessed and smelled all through their entire hotel. Please do yourself great favor and don't stay here and don't bring a child or elderly Safety: You will not feel safe here. DO NOT BRING ANY CHILDREN
