        Horrible company. Any employers looking for benefits for their employees DO NOT WASTE MONEY ON GUARDIAN. my husband went on short term disability after a surgery. He was suppose to get 60% of his base pay. His first check was 60 something dollars. Uhm do the math 60% of what to get 60 bucks. So of course after calling and leaving messages and waiting for person that takes care of his account came back from vacation they fixed it. Ok said next check was to be mailed out on a monday and it has been over 7 days now no check. How do you expect people to live like this. Bill's dont wait for guradian to decide to do their jobs. So employers please if you care anything about your employees dont choose this company.
