Worse company since they got sold a couple months ago. I had just signed on and after they were sold, they treated me like I was nothing. I realize I was a small account, but the service should still have been there. I finally asked to cancel my account and get a refund for the month that nothing was done for my account. It has been a month and I have still not gotten my refund and I get the run around. I'm told that Cassie Smith is the only person who can cancel my account, yet she won't call or email me back. I'm told that Adrienne Todd was supposed to request the refund. I was told the check would be in the mail....... NO check. I've talked to countless other people in customer service, yet nothing.

Do not work with this company, They will tell you they will build you a web site, that is your to own, They upsell you on a marketing strategy. I all sounds good, But the service and follow up communications are so bad, they do not do what they say. Once I dropped the marketing portion I was told I would be contacted by a customer service rep. That never happened, they just took down the site. I tried to call, Sales rep is not available and corporate put me on hold they hung up. This company is a scam.
