        Yet again they had the short haired heavyset blonde girl working the online/delivery line again. She is INCREDIBLY SLOW. It took her about 3 minutes PER item, the ONE order of 7 items took her 20 minutes. It was 11:00 am and she was ALREADY 20 mins behind... how is that even possible when the place has only been open for 15 minutes? There were already 6 people waiting. The "manager" on duty was worthless too. Tried to give me the excuse that it was all he had. Except one of the faster girls he had on the register, so she wasn't doing anything else but the register. They should have put the slow girl on the register. EVERY TIME this girl is on the online/delivery line they are 30 to 60 mins behind. She's awful. She should be fired or put somewhere else, not on the busiest line in the store. I'm tired of ordering online for lunch only to have to wait 20-30 minutes after I get there for an order that should have already been finished!

        Slowest service during a non rush period Ive ever seen. Employees have absolutely no drive, no personality, and no idea how to work. It all chipotles were this bad theyd be out of business.
