Hello, we appreciate another opportunity to address your concerns regarding the nail service you received at Spruce.Upon receiving your initial concerns about a flaw in your nail extension, our team took the matter seriously and conducted a thorough investigation. Multiple technicians and a manager inspected the nail in question for any lifting or imperfections that could lead to fungus growth, but none were found. Additionally, there have been no reported instances of fungus on your nail during or after your service.Maintaining the health of our clients’ nails is our top priority, and we take all concerns seriously. However, it’s important to note that when you contacted us weeks later with concerns, you provided photos of yourself pulling off the nail extension with nippers. At that point, our service guarantee window had expired, making it challenging for us to address the issue in the manner you had hoped.Despite this, we approached the situation with compassion and offered you various options for moving forward. Unfortunately, we were met with an incredibly disrespectful message that violated our code of conduct. Regrettably, the hostile communication that occurred led us to make the decision to ask you not to return to our salon. In an effort to completely resolve the matter, we also extended an offer for a refund at that time. We did refund the service, and are able to send you a screenshot of this transaction as well.We would like to point out that we respect all of our industry peers, including the talented technicians at Ambience.
