The salon provides a range of nail care treatments suitable for individuals with nail-biting habits, helping them achieve healthier and more beautiful nails. The atmosphere is great and the customer service is fantastic. I had a great experience here. This is my second time coming and both times have been awesome. The service is exceptional! I am a repeat customer and highly recommend Essence Nails & Spa I got gel nail polish over 2 & 1/2 weeks ago and it is still on and they look flawless!

Very comfortable and staff was amazing, didnt know exactly what I wanted but was treated like family, they were patient with me and was an excellent experience. Im in disbelief the man there who sits in the first seat far left was so rude and had the most disgusting attitude he did not service me because I asked if he could do the nail design he said 80$ which is no problem with me paying i stated that I havent been there in a while so for that price can they look like the picture ? He refused to do my nails and did not let anyone else service me. And he did not wash his hair or use clean tool after servicing someone that had fungal!

I brought my mom for Mother's day. It's a nice salon, but the man that did my mom's pedicure was rude! I had to request a different person for her manicure. He acted irritated, short, and his over all demeanor was not pleasant. The manager did apologize, but I couldn't believe how rude he was toward her. We weren't even offered a discount for the unpleasant experience. They need to work with him on his customer service. I won't return. I only gave it a 2 bc the lady that did my pedicure was nice.

I am beyond happy with the nails I came out with. The staff members are friendly, courteous, and attentive, ensuring a pleasant and personalized experience. Excellent service!
